These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Fairlightnails to consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Fairlightnails, owner: Linda Andres, Mittelstraße 110, 53757 Sankt Augustin.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather only an invitation to order.

By clicking the [Buy/order for a fee] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

4. Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer.

​In the event of an unsuccessful delivery and the subsequent return shipment, the customer will bear the costs for the additional effort.

​If the goods are lost for reasons not attributable to the seller, the seller is not responsible.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
