How do I order a voucher?

You can order vouchers as normal as you would other items in our shop. You can pay with us using conventional payment methods. Once the order for a voucher has been completed, you will receive an email with the voucher code contained therein.

Redeeming vouchers?

You can redeem the value of a voucher by entering the unique voucher code you received by email into the discount code field during checkout. Voucher codes are not case sensitive.

The credit on a voucher can be used for more than one order. Voucher credits are applied to the total value of an order. This may include taxes and shipping costs.

What options will I see in checkout?

When they redeem a voucher, they will be presented with one of the following options at checkout:

• If the available credit on the voucher is greater than or equal to the order total, you can click Complete Order .

• If the balance available on the voucher is less than the order total, you will be asked to choose a second payment method for the remaining amount before ordering.
